Cadastral map of Wellington City, highlighting the Town Belt reserve surrounding the hills of the Wellington central business district. Includes deposited plan numbers, roads and sections. Beside the map is text from the 1841 Gazette, as well as tables documenting reductions to the Town Belt from 1852 to 1951, including deposited plan numbers, acreage in hectares, deducted areas, and authority for such action.
