Shows a customs officer sleeping on a desk with a hot water bottle under his feet, while a queue of people are waiting for their 'hotties' to be inspected by customs. A woman custom officer is standing next to the desk with a clip board and is telling the person at the front of the queue that their hot water bottle has passed inspection - "That one seems all right". Refers to the Gazette Notice on 'Unsafe Goods (Rubber Hot Water Bottles) Notice', 17 November 2004, which certain hot water bottles were declared unsafe goods.
