Description

In the first three of four frames, leader of New Zealand First, Winston Peters, smiles cheerfully and sings a little song about spring that ends with a question about the whereabouts of the birdies. In the last frame a large seagull that represents 'parliamentary censure' evacuates generously on Winston Peters' head. Refers to the parliamentary Privileges Committee censuring Winston Peters for being dishonest about donations given to New Zealand First before the 2005 election.
