Shows a young woman in a bikini reclining in the foreground. At top right a sighted man smiles as he beholds her, whereas a blind man with dark glasses is looking the other way, unaware or unappreciative of her presence.
The title references the speech by Hamlet "To be or not to be", in Shakespeare's play "Hamlet".
The poster, which would have been hung in the workplace, is a variation on the custom of having female pin-ups in male workplaces.
