Commodore Frank Bainimarama, festooned with military paraphernalia and sporting a huge gun in each hand stands on the island if Fiji. Bananas lie on the ground around him in his banana republic. He asks who needs elections when he can see that democracy is in place. In a boat nearby that represents the 'Pacific Forum' sit John Key, PM of New Zealand and Kevin Rudd, PM of Australia - they agree that Bainimarama is on his own there. Refers to the fact that the Pacific Forum has presented an ultimatum that Bainimarama should hold democratic elections but so far this has been rejected.
