Shows three men sitting at a table. In front of them is a table placard 'Reserve Bank' and a newspaper with the headline '5c coins to go amid other coin changes'. Each man is dressed in different costumes. One is dressed like a clown and another as a fiary (wearing a wig and a halo). The man with the table placard in front of him is wearing a false arrow through his head and has a paper plane through his ears. Refers to the Reserve Bank getting rid of 5 cent coins and the effect cash transactions by rounding prices to the nearest 10 cents.
