A teacher asks her class if anyone can tell her what 'unbundling' means. A small boy tells her that his Dad has lost a bundle. Refers to the Telecom 'unbundling' fracas. The government has stepped in to force Telecom to unbundle the loop so that other telecommunications companies can compete more fairly and hopefully bring prices down.
