Description

New Zealand Prime Minister Robert Muldoon holding a note marked 'wage order' stands on the very edge of a mat labelled 'ground for manoeuvre' while Jim Knox, President of the Federation of Labour, stands on the opposite edge, holding a large list, 'wage demands'. Knox is held back at the ankles by a large man representing the unions, while Muldoon's ankles are held by a devil, representing inflation.
