Description

Shows Prime Minister John Key reading a report in a paper about 'power profits'. Finance Minister Bill English suggests that they should tax people for running on the spot. John Key thinks this is a good idea especially as many people are doing this instead of turning the heater on. Refers to the fact that the government is receiving big dividends from the electricity state-owned enterprises (SOEs) without electricity prices for consumers being lowered.
