Shows a group of people scavenging through a rubbish bin outside TVNZ studios in Auckland. A homeless man standing nearby recognises the people surrounding the bin as the TVNZ newsreaders. Empty cans, banana skins, apple cores, a paper bag and a champagne flute glass and champagne bottle are littered around the bin. A newspaper nearby has the headline "Newsreaders pay cuts". Refers to the TVNZ reducing pay for their news anchors.
