Description

Shows Winston Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs, with two heads. With the first head he is Minister of Foreign Affairs who says 'Yes' to the free trade deal with China and with the second head which pokes out of the back of his trousers, he is the Leader of NZ First, and says 'No' to the free trade deal with China. Cartoon speaks for itself, Winston Peters seems to have an ambivalent attitude about the free trade deal with China, according to which of his hats he is wearing.
