Description

The proprietor of the inn tells Mary and Joseph that they can stay as long as they like because Bethlehem has no connection with the Capital and Coast Health Board. Refers to the short period when the Capital and Coast Health Board offered second time mothers vouchers if they left hospital within six hours of giving birth.
