Description

Shows an Arab riding a camel and stopping to ask a man if he is at the Khyber Pass. The man tells him that he at Norton Road. There have been extensive roadworks at the Hamilton City thoroughfare of Norton Road. The roadworks have been drawn out and the lack of parking, dust and so forth have impacted on the small businesses in the vicinity. {note from cartoonist)
