A man representing 'Govt. fiscal policy' wears a dunce's cap; the 'D' on the cap becomes the first letter for the two words 'Direland' (play on the words 'dire' and 'Ireland') and 'Debt'. A second version does not include the word 'debt'. Refers to the Irish economic crisis, which has resulted in the need for a bailout and more austerity measures. Irish banks created a large part of the problem for irresponsible lending causing a boom and bust economic situation.
