'The Underzone' strip. Shows Minister of Finance, Michael Cullen, dressed as a wizard and holding a wand. One of two observers comments that they call him the 'Wizard of Oz' and the other jokes that one dash of his economic wizardry causes people to leave for 'Oz' (Australia). Refers to the number of people who are going to Australia because they believe they will be able to earn more and achieve a better lifestyle.
