View from Pukerangiora Pa looking into a valley and across at steep hills, possibly limestone cliffs and across water to bush-clad hills. Pukerangiora Pa was on the Waitara River. The pa is not visible in the view.
Warre has used only ultramarine, sepia and touches of purple for his colouring
