Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, and National leader, John Key, swimming underwater with huge oxygen tanks labelled 'publicity' followed by leader of United Future, Peter Dunne, with a smaller tank and co-leader of the Greens, Jeanette Fitzsimon, who gasps with just a snorkle. Above them a swimmer is floating on top of the water. Accompanies an article that refers to the 'oxygen of publicity' each party has in the run up to the 2008 election.
