- Description
Minister of Sport and Recreation, Trevor Mallard, comments at the airport as the New Zealand athletes return from the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. He says that the trouble with Kiwi athletes is that they lack the killer instinct. He is overheard by Graeme Ede, who won gold in shooting. Juliet Etherington won a silver medal in shooting also. In a second frame Mallard is seen being shot by the gold medal winner who begs to differ about Kiwi athletes lacking a killer instinct.
