A dripping Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, has just taken off a strait-jacket and is telling leader of the National Party, John Key, that it is now his turn. Refers to the fact that Michael Cullen has announced Labour's tax cuts in the 2008 budget and now people are wanting to hear what the National Party will offer.
