Description

Shows Rodney Hide, leader of the ACT Party and new Regulatory Reform Minister in the National-led Government, as a cave-man who holds an axe and looks twice at an ostrich that represents 'Maori spending' and that has its head in the sand. A news item suggests that Rodney Hide is keen to slash government spending but plays down any attempt to review Maori spending. Refers to the government's treading softly when it comes to Maori issues, in this case spending, because they need the support of the Maori Party for confidence and supply.
