Shows a Maori man standing at a stall outside the gates of a university offering free entry passes to Maori. He holds out a bunch of passes to a young man telling him to give them to his whanau. Refers to the suggestion by Dr Pita Sharples Co-leader of the Maori Party that maori should have open entrance to universities as a means of improving Maori education.
