- Description
A drunken advertising tycoon drives a car that represents the 'drinking culture' and is relieved to have been 'Let off with a warning again' - he can't believe his luck. Context; the announcement on 23 August of new liquor laws aimed at the binge culture of young New Zealanders. Critics say that the changes fall far short of addressing the problem. The main feature recommended by the Law Commission's Report on the Liquor laws was raising prices which Simon Power has decided not to implement.
