Prime Minister, Helen Clark, is wearing a military uniform and making a statement indicating that New Zealand doesn't have plans to send more troops to Afghanistan because they may be in danger of being shot in the back by an Australian. Australia voted for Japan in preference to New Zealand to hold the 2011 World Rugby Cup. New Zealand won the bid, however, possibly annoying the Australians.
