Description

A man (either Speaker of the House Lockwood Smith or PM John Key) sits with his back to the viewer on top of a huge padlocked box labeled 'MPs' travel perks'. The title of the cartoon reads 'UNDER LOCKwood AND KEY'. A second version has the additional words 'details on' with words on the box that read 'MPs' travel perks' and has the title reading 'UNDER LOCK(wood), BUT NOT KEY'. They refer to the decision by Lockwood Smith and John Key not to reveal details of MPs travel expenses. On the 3rd November Lockwood Smith changed his mind and decided to make the details public anyway because various parties were already doing this.
