Description

Above ground a man representing 'Climate Change Policy' asks his colleague who represents the New Zealand Government where Solid Energy is mining these days. Beneath the ground a man is digging coal and amidst much rumbling is loading it into a cart bearing the words 'Critical Emissions report'. Refers to the tensions between acting to prepare for climate change and continuing to use fossil fuels.
