North Korean Prime Minister Kim Jung-il leaps with delight as a test rocket plunges pathetically into the ground. Nearby a delegate from the G20 conference observes an 'economic recovery' rocket plunge equally pathetically into the ground and comments that if Kim Jung-il can claim success then so can they. Refers to North Korea's provocative actions in testing its nuclear capability and also to the efforts of the G20 meeting to try to find ways to make a global economic recovery.
