Shows Chief if the Reserve Bank Alan Bollard as a shepherd wearing a singlet and gumboots and carrying a crook. A rather sick-looking sheep surrounded by flies represents the economy and Alan Bollard is mustering this sheep. A slavering dog representing 'financial institutions' tries to muscle in and is firmly told to 'get in behind'. Refers to attempts to shore up the New Zealand economy in the global economic crisis by controlling banking and financial institutions.
