"Well, neither of us have contracted motor neuron disease... We haven't been hit by a bus, or ravaged by flesh-eating bacteria in hospital... Space debris and asteroids haven't landed on our house and car... Oh, and we didn't win lotto powerball, either." "How come we're never lucky enough to beat the odds?" "It's so unfair." 20 October, 2008.

Description

Shows in a series of six frames a man and woman chatting over breakfast. The man lists all the dreadful catastophes that could have befallen them but haven't and ends by commenting that they didn't win Lotto powerball either. They both decide that it is unfair that they never beat the odds. There is a reference to a huge sum of money waiting to be won in Lotto Powerball.
