Description

Shows a giant crocodile representing President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe; from its mouth protrude an arm and a leg of a protesting Zimbabwean. Behind the crocodile stands a South African politician who is attending talks with other African leaders to try to gat a breakthrough in the apalling political situation created by Mugabe. The two delegates at the talks try tickling Mugabe with a feather convinced that this tactic will work sometime. There has been criticism of the too soft approaches of other African states to the situation in Zimbabwe.
