Shows ground and first floor plan and side elevation of a large house, with two additional bedrooms, a workshop and other alterations shown in red.

The house, an exact copy of Captain Charlton's 1860s house in Kawhia, was probably located in Hawker Street. Capt Fairchild was resident in Hawker Street, Mt Victoria, according to Wises Post Office Directory of 1890/1891. The information about the exact copy is confirmed in a manuscript 90-244.
Scale: 1/8 inch to 1 foot
