Prime Minister, Helen Clark, enters a muzzle shop. She examines the display of muzzles for various breeds of dog and at last spots one labelled 'John Tamahere'. She asks to be sold that one and tells the shopkeeper not to wrap it. Refers to John Tamihere's accusing Cabinet colleague Steve Maharey "bullshitting" about the welfare system. John Tamihere believes that the policies of his own party are making Maori welfare-dependent. He had to apologise.
