Cartoon is in three parts. In the first, ACT Party leader Rodney Hide putting a cat with the face of Heather Roy into a rubbish bin (refers to Rodney Hide's replacement of hid deputy Heather Roy with John Boscawen). In the second cartoon, Minister of Justice Simon Power is shown holding aloft a glass engraved with the words 'Drink Law Reform' and wishing he could make 'alcopops this insipid'. In the third, two rats representing 'Hanover' and 'Bridgecorp' finance companies are shown staring at a smug 'South Canterbury' bunny and wondering 'what's he got that we didn't have' (refers to Canterbury Finance investors being compensated by the government).
