The caricature shows American actor Robin Williams wearing an Australian hat with corks and a tshirt with 'I love (heart symbol) Australia printed on it. He has been in the spotlight for saying Australians are just "English rednecks" on David Letterman's US talk show. Kevin Rudd, the Australian PM, took offence, telling a radio show: "I think Robin Williams should go and spend a bit of time in Alabama before he frames comments about anyone being particularly redneck" thereby offending the people of Alabama.
