Description

The are two frames. In the top frame we see the backs of the heads of Prime Minister, Helen Clark, and Leader of the Opposition, Don Brash. They are discussing the difficulty of the rules about election spending and Helen Clark invites Don Brash to agree with her that all party leaders have mud on their faces and can be forgiven to some extent. In the second frame they have turned round and we see that Helen Clark's face is covered with mud while Don Brash's face has only a small splodge. Don Brash is a little hesitant to agree with her about the mud. Refers to debate about the rules of election spending.
