Description

Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, sits in an armchair beside a huge sack labelled 'Tax surplus'. He counters criticisms that New Zealand can better afford tax cuts than Australia by saying that New Zealand isn't Australia. A small image of a family at the airport shows a man saying 'We've noticed'. The 2006 budget is due in a few days. Many people are strongly in favour of tax cuts. It has already been announced that there will not be tax cuts.
