Shows ACT leader and MP John Banks expressing relief at having dodged that one. He has survived walking the plank. Context: refers to the police decision not to prosecute John Banks over his 'anonymous' campaign donations. John Banks received donations from Skycity and also from Mr Dotcom for his 2010 campaign for the Auckland mayoralty. He denied knowing who the donors were thus breaking the law.
