Shows a Maori activist dressed in a gang-type vest painting a sign that he will carry in the hikoi to parliament. A fellow activist nearby comments that he thinks the wording 'Hikoi for napalm, molotov cocktails and lots of automatic rifles' is not as media-friendly as 'Hikoi against police oppression'. Refers to the hikoi that arrived at parliament 14th November to protest against the Suppression of Terrorism Act.
