A row of previous 'dance partners' - 'Public Transport', 'carbon credits' and 'Erma' (Environmental Risk Management Authority, who looks battered and bruised) sit disconsolately on a bench watching as Prime Minister John Key dances romantically with a wad of banknotes. 'Public Transport' comments that it 'looks like his current partner is leading'. Refers to the government's focus on making the economy work while seeming to have lost interest in a number of other important issues.
