Shows three men chatting at a gas station as they put petrol into their cars. One of them complains that MPs tell the public that they should tighten their belts but they don't tighten their own belts and another says that he saw Labour MPs tightening their seatbelts as they got into the new BMW limousines that the Labour Party has bought. Refers to increasing economic hardship and the irony of the new Labour Party BMWs.
