Description

Two Australians wearing hats with corks sit in a pub having a beer. They are discussing the news that the new prime minister is a woman and that her husband is a hairdresser, two ideas that are so exceptional that one of the men says he supposes they keep their dog in the bath and have barking goldfish. Refers to the bloodless coup that dumped PM Kevin Rudd and replaced him with Julia Gillard, Australia's first female prime minister. And it is true that Julia Gillard's husband is a hairdresser.
