Description

A huge slavering dog growls as it chews on a bone that represents New Zealand. Beside it is a bowl representing Auckland that is full of chewed bones. A newspaper lying nearby tells about Auckland wanting 'super-city aid and has Waitakere Mayor Bob Harvey describing Auckland as a 'dog'. Relates to the move towards making Auckland, with currently seven different councils and mayors, into a single 'super-city'
