Two American policemen survey a crime scene that has been cordoned off and see several chalk outlines of bodies. One of the policemen comments that the killer went on this rampage because of all the publicity over shooting rampages that he believed would cause his guns to be taken away. Refers to the not uncommon incidence of mass shootings in the U.S.
