Shows General Than Shwe of Myanmar (Burma) at his desk. An official reports that desperately needed food and medicine is starting to clog the borders. All the general is worried about is whether guns, gold taps and brandy can still get through. Refers to the catastrophic damage done by Cyclone Nargis on May 3, 2008. Over 22,000 people have died and many others have lost their homes and have nothing. The military junta is disorganised and apparently uncaring and has resisted foreign aid.
