Caricature of the Mayor of Dunedin, Peter Chin, who sits in an armchair, declaring that 'We won't have Undie 500 here again! Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!' A fire burns in the background. Refers to the 'Undie 500 car rally which has received much negative publicity due to rioting students and others associated with the event. The Undie 500 is an annual student-run car rally between Christchurch and Dunedin, New Zealand. The event has run since the early 1980s, organised by the University of Canterbury Engineering Society Inc. (ENSOC).
