Description

The cartoon shows motorcycle riders riding past ACC Minister Nick Smith who is having trouble with his car. One of the riders comments that it is not Nick Smith's lucky day and hopes that his ACC will cover him for multiple fractures. Refers to the motorbike demonstration when on November 17th up to 5000 motorcyclists formed a 'bikoi' to make their feelings about projected ACC levy hikes known to ACC Minister Nick Smith.
