'The Politician' cartoon strip. The minister's secretary pokes his head round the door and says that the media want to know if the terrorist threat is real. The minister looks up from his papers and says pompously that he doesn't have the intelligence to know and is then somewhat abashed to hear his words misinterpreted by the secretary who has now disappeared and who can be heard reporting back that the minister is too stupid to know.
