Description

Shows a fishing line with a jar of 'ACT party pills' attached to the hook. One of two fish swimming past says that it looks like a 'can of worms' to him. Refers to an incident at Auckland University when young ACT supporters sold party pills for $1 each to students who joined the organisation. Party pills will become illegal in New Zealand from April 1, 2008 after the passing of legislation classifying them as a class C1 drug. There is a play on the name RODney (Rodney Hide, leader of the ACT Party) and fishing 'rod'.
