Shows New Zealand Prime Minister, Helen Clark, in a Japanese restaurant with Japanese Prime Minister, Koizumi Junichiro. Helen Clark tells the waiter that she likes her steak 'rare'. The Japanese Prime Minister suggests that she try the humpback since they are pretty rare now. Refers to Helen Clark's visit to Japan to talk trade. A point of contention is Japan's continued hunting of whales.
