Shows a family having breakfast. The father is reading the paper which has the headline 'Clark targets tagging' and the mother comments to her teenage son that she sees that Prime Minister, Helen Clark, is clamping down on taggers, like him. The son says that Tariana (Co-leader of the Maori Party, Tariana Turia) says that young people a right to express themselves by tagging. The father comments that they all lost that right with the Electoral Finance Bill. Refers to the targeting of tagging by the government and Tariana Turia's defence of taggers. Refers also to the passing by the government of the Electoral Finance Bill, a Bill that is intended to curb electoral spending and advertising which some believe restricts freedom of speech.
