Description

Shows President of the Labour Party, Mike Williams, with his tongue extending from his mouth like a very long rope that ends in a noose. He swears to himself as he thinks that he has made a slip of the tongue that could end by hanging him. Refers to his statement at a Labour Party conference that using Labour Party pamphlets as election material was a 'very good idea'. This possible thoughtless comment was pounced on by the opposition as an intention to break the Electoral Finance Act rules.
